Roommate wanted to share my cozy South Granville 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment! Available to move in December 1st.

Room is the smaller bedroom; includes a bed, desk, dresser and shelf but we can get rid of them if you want. Keep in mind there’s very limited storage (one shared closet in the hallway) so if you have a lot of stuff it might not be ideal. There’s coin laundry and extra bike storage in the basement.

Location would be perfect for a student as the UBC bus stop is just outside. Downtown, Kits beach, Granville island and main street are all 15~30 mins away by bus. Shoppers drug mart is about a 10 min walk away.

Rent is $1100 (includes hydro and wifi) I’m looking for a clean and respectful roommate comfortable with a month to month lease. A minimum of 3 months stay would be ideal, though. No smoking or hard drugs.
