Bright ,clean, with some new renovations ,- bright room off the living room with wall closet and lightly furnished with a twin bed on the top 4th floor of condo within walking distance of river, parks and downtown Port Coquitlam city centre. Bus stop, freeway and skytrain all near by. Small common gym has a recumbent bike , free weights, along with a rack and lat pull down… parking available for 65$ mth. You will be sharing the space with 2 other females ( both who work during the day) they are quiet and friendly with their own rooms. There will be no dog(Finn in pictures) that’s just me (owner). You would be sharing the renovated bathroom with Danielle- Small dog owners will be considered with additional cost 100$ and a pet damage deposit

Danielle is a teacher, quiet likes to watch gaming ,practises archery . Krista is your other roommate who enjoys music, reading and chilling on the deck.
