About the roomies
I am 32 year old, single male. I work for the Canadian Armed Forces on base, just north outside of Edmonton. I have a standard Monday-Friday work schedule, although sometimes will be go for extended periods if during an exercise/domestic deployment. After work, I am usually relaxing/working on computer in the home office. I am a quiet, non-partier, non-smoker, respectful person. I am up for quick chats if on main floor, but otherwise I keep to myself.
Looking for a tenant: Non-smoker. No pets. Reasonably quiet and clean. Have a stable income or be financially sustainable.
A credit history and background check will be performed before signing the lease.
