Rosie's room

We live in a beautiful old house right next to a local coffee shop and basically across the street from the Dal campus. There is a bus stop right outside our house and we have a big backyard and back porch. Its three stories, five bedrooms, and has a laundry room that is not coin-op. We technically have a basement tenant but we’re pretty sure she uses the space for storage. We have one full-size fridge, two minis, and a chest freezer that we all share. We don’t have a driveway but there is relatively easy street parking. All utilities are included with rent, including wifi and once-a-month cleaning service. Our landlord grew up in the house and is very nice and accomadating.

There are four girls living here at the moment. We are all second-year Dalhousie students in Arts and/or Science. Some of us will be here this summer while some will be returning to Ontario. In the summer, we’re hoping to all have jobs or be taking credits at Dal, as well as swimming and spending lots of time outside (including eating and drinking on our lovely back porch). We’re super excited to find a fifth roommate to share this great house with!
