I have a room available as of July 1st in Dorval Montreal, near the aéroport.

Rent is $377 utilities is roughly $75 monthly. The room is not fully furnished. The space is very affordable for students. It is a 6 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom house, so there’s ample space.

Located near Dorval bus terminus, in a beautiful family friendly neighborhood. On the north side of the 20. There’s 2 bus stops right in front of the house which either brings you directly to the Dorval terminal or to Fairview shopping Center. We also have a night bus by the front too. Your room would be on the main floor, we have a living room, kitchen, basement (MINI BAR), backyard, two driveways, 3 bathrooms, a back and front porch, lots of space! There’s a number of grocery stores and convenient stores nearby. And for the summer season, we have a stunning community outdoor pool just 5min walk from the house.
