I currently have a basement to rent out in north river heights, private washroom, large bedroom and rec room, only a shared kitchen. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Area is great, safe location close to Wellington crescent. Only minutes to Assiniboine park, downtown, polo park, Osborne or the Corydon strip.

I own the property and am a professional male in my 30’s, I like to be active outside, playing a sport, in the gym or working around the house or garage. I do work early in the mornings mon - Friday and most of my party days are behind me, however do enjoy drinks and BBQ’s in the yard, just not all night. I’m pretty laid back and easy to get along with, I do like a clean house (at least the shared kitchen). I’m looking for a responsible professional person who’s easy going and will respect the property and myself.
