About the room
One bedroom available in a 4 bedroom apartment. I’m currently in my second year at Dalhousie university and looking for other female roommates around my age. There will be two cats here in May. Both are very sweet and friendly! The lease begins in May 2021 and is a year long. Everyone signs the same lease and also subletting is allowed. Everything but electricity and wifi are included in the rent. Those two together add around $50/month to total costs. There is free parking out back.
