Our space- bright, airy, new appliances shared common areas and bathroom, 4yo building, gym, community room with pool table, outdoor private open courtyard with bbq and outdoor lounge and dining seating. Located steps away from the seawall, sunset beach, few block from Burrard/Granville Skytrain, 30seconds to busstops on Davie st and Burrard. 24hr coffee and bakery shops just outside, all needs walkable. Landlords are great communicators and very reasonable and helpful.

Me - social, outgoing, active, outside as much as possible. Love to cook! I have a bf who visits and I visit him. I’m home about half the week. I work at home 40% of the time and out on the road 60% of the time. I don’t mind a dog because you can take it outside. Small dogs, hypoallergenic preferred. No cats, because too close of a living space to be sanitary (imo). Please ask me any questions. Looking for someone like-minded, open, kind, driven, respectful, clean, tidy.
