About the room
FEMALE roommate(s) wanted for short-term (1 to 2 month) rental. You will be sharing a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. The living room, kitchen, patio with bbq and bathroom are shared spaces. All utilities, wifi and a parking spot included in the rent. Bedroom has furniture but you will need to provide your own sheets and towels. Beautiful green space outside. Washer and dryer in suite. Rent for a couple sharing the room is 1250/mo.
About the roomies
I’m tidy and considerate and looking for the same. I enjoy cooking and having friends over occasionally. but most of the time I go out to socialize. I’m friendly but also respectful of others and their privacy. When I’m home I enjoy listening to music (I’m happy to use headphones), reading or watching Netflix. Your other roommate is my dog Taz. He is a 13 year old hypoallergenic dog, very quiet and sweet.
Sorry, no other dogs or cats allowed, even though I love pets, it’s strata rules.
