My roommate got a new job and is moving, so the room will be available May 1st!!

LOOKING FOR 1 ROOMATE, NO SHARING THE ROOM.

Apartment:

• stainless steel appliances (fridge/stove/microwave/dishwasher)
• renovated kitchen and bath
• shared with myself and my 2 cats
• in front of Fairview Mall/Don Mills Station -close to Seneca College, Lambdon College, 401/404/DVP
• laundry in basement
• heat/hydro/internet included. No AC (it can be installed at your own cost)
• unfurnished bedroom
• the bed in the photo looks small but it’s a Queen, so LOTS of space. My room is smaller and I have a double bed, dresser, desk, bookcase, 2 night stands and still have enough space for yoga!
• Good closet sizes too

You:

• around my age give or take
• likes to stay clean/share housework responsibilities
• you can have 1 cat but no dogs
• sociable, but not destructive
• financially stable, willing to provide 1st/last + proof of income.
• if you have a car lemme know, I’d have to check but I think there’s only above ground parking left.
• I would sublet my space to you, but being on the lease is possible of you are willing to pay $100 more a month (market rent value)
• prefer long term roommate

• 29 F working professional
• also a classical musician, so I have a piano and occasionally play, but no more than 30 min at a time, and during reasonable hours
