Waterfront Drive

I am looking for someone to share the apartment with in the heart of the exchange district. You must be alright with living with an LGBT+ person as I am gay. Rent is 650$ with a parking stall and 550$ without. All utilities including internet are included. I am looking after 3 birds, 2 cockatiels and 1 budgie for a couple of months. They do free roam around the house.

The apartment has a washer and dryer included in the suite as well as a maid that will come by and clean the common areas every 2 weeks. There is a balcony area with a gorgeous view of the river. 10 foot high ceiling with a spacious loft environment with lots of sunlight. The room is furnished but can be unfurnished if that works better. It’s about an 8 minute walk to nearby bus stops like the 16.

I’m a 24 year old guy that’s apart of the LGBT+ community. I mostly game and keep to myself a lot in my room. I don’t have a huge preference for roommates but ideally someone similar to my age or night owls.
