One bedroom for rent in a three bedroom apartment. Located downtown on Church street (Church and Ontario) About a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal. The room has a closet, as well as enough space for a dresser or a desk and a queen sized bed. The unit is mostly furnished, the bedroom is not. It has one bathroom and laundry in the building. Internet and laundry are included in the rent. Hydro and gas are extra (approximately $50 per month). Available June 1st on a one year lease.
