The bedroom available comes with the option of a new queen size ikea bed frame you just need to provide your own mattress. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, steps to Queen st W. Shops, restaurants, and many stores located steps away. 10 min walk to the lake and many other nice parks. Located across the street from GoodLife and the Scotia Bank Theater, Barry’s Bootcamp is located at our condo building. Accepting applicants with small dogs as I already have a dog.

Utilities are extra, and usually ranging it from $60-$75 a month.

Deposit is $3750 which would cover first and last months rent and $150 damage deposit that will be returned at the end of tenancy if no damages are incurred.

Basic tenant insurance is required.

We don’t have much storage available in the common area but there are lockers available for rent. Cleanliness and consideration is a must. The front coat closet is split evenly and there is a double closet with sliding mirror doors in your bedroom.
