Looking for a roommate to a cozy townhouse completely new with 4 spacious rooms, balcony and patio, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room, 2 living rooms, dining room and 2 parking spots. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a pond nearby. The house is furnished but the bedroom is not. Fanshawe College is 11 min driving and Western University is 17 min driving.
