Hello! We live in a share home in South Cambie 5 min from King Edward Station on a quiet and residential street. Safeway and Choices are a 10 min walk away. We are 1 Skytrain stop away from the shops at Broadway/City Hall (or 20 min walk) or 3 stations from T&T on Marine Drive. Next to 25 and 33 bus. Free street parking in front of the house. Lovely area and nice little park just around the corner.

We are 3 roommates looking to rent a 4th room to a professional female aged 25 or over. No couples, no guys. We are already 2 guys and one girl and want to keep the 2:2 ratio by having a second lady roomie. One of us works from home so we are noise conscious.
