Beautiful Townhouse minutes walk from West Edmonton mall! Easy access to white mud, downtown and the Henday!

The house is furnished, minus your room. For those cold Alberta days there is a fireplace, ac for those hot days. Cozy porch, and small yard.

Laundry in basement also with little extra storage. internet and utilities are included. Parking is in a shared car port unless you’re interested in your own stall for $20 a month

I work 4 nights in the basement, and am gone all day. I enjoy a nice glass of wine, and to chat from time to time. Keep my house clean, and am respectful of others space.
