About the room

Private furnished basement suite (including large livingroom and remodeled bathroom) with shared kitchen upstairs. Quiet bungalow near Chinook Centre. One active, retired man and a young, happy dog upstairs. Lots of on street parking. Rent includes utilities, internet, cable, and laundry facilities. Complete use of the kitchen, BBQ, patio and yard. Smoking outside only please.

About the roomies

Easy to get along with older guy and young dog upstairs. In summer we’re usually busy hiking, camping and flyfishing. In the winters one of us likes to travel while the other one chills at a friend’s. Quiet, tidy and safe. Lots of space to be alone, or happy to chat if the mood strikes you. References available.
