Newly renovated 3-bed basement suite with a bathtub and a big kitchen! We’ve got a backyard and porch area, and a 2 minute walk from Commercial-Broadway station! The room has a fairly large closet (hangers included) as well as a box spring already in there, no mattress!

We’re two girls under 25 with a pet each, the sweetest senior puppy and a very talkative kitty! We love having picnics out back, going for a beach day, or board game nights, but we also like to spend some time locked in our respective rooms sometimes 🤷 There’s rarely a moment where we aren’t singing and dancing, or just generally trying to make the most out of life!
