Near the intersection of Dufferin and DuPont, we have one large and spacious room for rent. The room is one of the biggest in the house, it is bright and spacious, the house is two levels, we have a washer and a dryer, the area is friendly, our neighbours are so kind, and in the summer the area is vivacious, we also have a balcony on the second floor and a porch in the front. The rent is $950.00 you’ll have to pay first & last month’s rent; utilities are not included. If you have any other questions, please feel free to DM me. We live beside a Plaza where there’s a Freshco, Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, etc. The nears subway is a 7mins bus ride, by walking its 15mins, and Dufferin mall is close by; there is a craft brewery in the area; we also live near a dog park and a 12mins car ride to downtown Toronto. Must be chill and understanding, reasonable and kind. Must respect other people’s belongings, be a clean person and help out with the cleaning schedule. preferred: Opened-minded, Creative, and must pass the vybe check (P.s it’s easy)

The house is shared with two young respectable people. Living in the space is two young adults studying in college and university; we have a cat named Pluto who is 2yrs old. We are very loving, weed-friendly, queer-friendly, & multi-ethnic friendly.
