This property has great character. It’s an old house-style building turned into a 5 unit apartment building. The apartment is on the top floor of the house (no stomping feet from above) and has a private deck/balcony. The available bedroom will be relatively unfurnished but will have a double/full bed. The rest of the apartment will also be furnished. There is laundry available downstairs. The location is great - just down the street from Spadina and Bloor as well as Spadina and DuPont and is very close to the UofT campus. There are multiple subway stops near the property as well.

I’m Ila, a current UofT student looking for someone to sublet for the summer. There is only one other roommate who will be living in the unit for the summer. Her name is Zoe and she is also a current UofT student. We are very welcoming to all kinds of people!!
