The apartment is well located in the McGill ghetto, it includes: appliances (refrigerator and oven), water, laundry room in the building and free wifi. The rooms are spacious and not furnished. The building is mostly occupied by students.

L’appartement inclut réfrigérateur, un four, l’eau, le wifi ,ainsi qu’une salle de lavage dans l’immeuble. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses et non meublée. L’immeuble est habité principalement par des étudiants.
