I’m offering a fully furnished room inside of a 4 1/2 in the CDN sector. There are TWO roomates for those concerned (myself and another one) The entire apartment is clean, and the room I’m renting has been painted pearl white. The apartment has a back and front balcony that’s on the second floor. The apartment includes a shared fridge, an oven, a washing machine and a dryer that’s inside the apartment with additional dryers and washing machines in the basement of the building. Additionally the internet, electricity, hot water and heating is included with in the price.

I do NOT accept smoking INSIDE the apartment, so go on the balcony to smoke, I tolerate zero drugs in the apartment. This apartment is not a “chilling spot” you can see your friends and family, but be warned that the living room is being occupied by a tenant so there is no common living space, just a kitchen to eat your meals. This apartment is really for people that want to just come back from work/studies and relax to do their essentials like showering and eating. Basically an apartment to do your grinding.

Basic house rules: -No shoes inside the apartment -Clean up messes you make -Minimum noise after 11pm (landlord’s rules)

The apartment is a 30 second walk to Plamondon Metro Station, and a 20 minute metro ride to downtown, and Universities.

There are a lot of convenience stores, and restaurants nearby (IGA, Dollar Store, Tims, etc), and there are alot of cool places to go like the cinema, plenty of local parks, gyms, etc.

If you have a car, it’s right next to autoroute Decarie that connects to Downtown and the A-40.

You can come visit the place to see how it looks like, just call or text to book a day. The rent is 550$ with all you just read included, it’s due every 1st of the month.

Tenant 1 (me, 20 y/o, Man): I’m a quiet guy that’s clean, polite, and respectful of personal space. I’m allergic to dogs and cats. You won’t see me much, as I’m mostly in my room, at the gym or out at work. I won’t bring more than two friends/family over at one time, and will tell you if I ever do. I love sports, going to the gym, video games, music, cooking. I don’t drink alchool, I don’t do drugs, I don’t smoke for those that may be concerned. Tenant 2 (19 y/o, Man): Soccer enthusiast, gym goer, serious attitude, but nice. We both have jobs and are enrolled in school and are always in the gym so we’re rarely home for those concerned.
