Lila's room

I am currently renting a two bedroom apartment in West Point Grey near Almond Park. It is a “garden level suite” underneath the main floors of a larger home. The people who live upstairs are very rarely home, so it is quite quiet most of the time. The bedrooms are both partially underground, but the living room looks out onto a nice semi private back yard, and has the feeling of a ground floor flat. The apartment is fully furnished with a desk, chest of drawers and bed available in the empty bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated and all appliances work well. The rent per person is $1200 a month with everything (except for cable) included.

I am a female third year Physics student at UBC who loves board games, hiking and hanging out at the beach. When COVID wasn’t an issue I also loved playing ultimate frisbee and (briefly) going out to bars with friends. I am naturally a little bit messy, but have lived with fairly neat people in the past without too much of an issue. I keep the commons area in fairly good condition (tidy and deep cleaned weekly), but do occasionally leave dishes in the sink for up to 18 hours. I am currently paying for the apartment on a month to month basis so if things don’t work out, you won’t be on the hook for large amounts of money.
