Hi all! Looking for a female to take over my lease for June and July 2021. I require both months rent to be paid upfront.
EVERY utility is included except wifi.
This is a main floor flat with a back patio, hardwood floors, dishwasher, and in suite FREE laundry! This apartment is honestly a steal and Im pretty sure if you talk to the landlords they can open up another parking spot for you if needed (extra $$). It is just south of Quinpool and Vernon, close to NSLC, Canadian Tire, Atlantic superstore, shoppers, etc. Plus many restaurants!! Close to dal main campus (10 min walk) and close to SMU main campus (15 min walk) Sorry for the sketchy photos, I can send more that I took when I viewed the apartment if you message!
About the roomies
Only one other subletter in the apartment (22 y o Female), who is studying for MCAT and won’t be there very often. Let me know if you’re interested!!!!!!! I need this bedroom gone for these two months :) once again the apartment is very close to downtown and is located 2 mins from shops!
