Hello there,
My name is Trinity. I am currently in search of a roommate to rent the second bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment.
Move-in dates start in August & September. Applications are still in pending review. Apartments are fully renovated, new appliances and all. NOTE: The apartment is not furnished. These are pics from the website. No one has moved into the complex as of yet as it is still being renovated.
In regards to the second bedroom, I can supply furniture however if you prefer your own that is not a problem!
Units has individual heat and air conditioning.
This building also offers on site laundry and parking.
The Merritt hiking trail, complete with disc golf course, is right in your back yard! Second from the 406 and just moments to downtown
On major bus routes and walking distance to many amenities.
