Your private room is a carpeted 15’7“ x 13’4“ main floor room with 3 large windows to let in lots of light. Bedroom furniture can be requested. Common areas include a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and small rec room. 1 parking space can be provided if required in a shared driveway. This is a non-smoking/cannabis free household.

There are four bedrooms total on the property. One room is occupied by the landlord (Female, early 20’s) and she is really awesome. Like, really awesome. The other is occupied by another lovely lady also in her early 20’s. The other two rooms are both currently available for rent.
