Hello! I’m looking for a quiet, LGBTQ+ friendly, female roommate!

The house is located in Greenfield Park and the price 465$/month, this includes rent, hydro and internet! No pets allowed. The current pets in the house were accepted, as there was a previous agreement with the landlord.

The room available is 12ft11“ x 7ft3“ (369cm x 222.5cm). The room comes unfurnished; it can comfortably situate a double bed, dresser and possibly a desk if need be!

The rest of the apartment is completely furnished which includes living room furniture, washer-dryer, fridge, stove and microwave.

Current parking spot is occupied. If you are interested in obtaining a parking spot, I would need to contact the landlord about pricing.

The two people living here are myself and my sibling, we are both young (24-26) adults looking for someone quiet and friendly! We are both Work From Home and work between 6:30AM-5:30PM. We are very private about our work and would need someone who can respect that privacy during office hours!

We enjoy sitting in our living room, chatting and watching Netflix / YouTube and playing video games during our spare time. As a part of this house, you are more than welcome to join!

We are both English speakers who speak little-to-no french. We would like to live with someone Bilingual or English for the most effective communication. :)
