Semi-detached house right behind Upper Canada Mall. Close to transit, grocery stores, the mall, etc.

Your bedroom is upstairs and it is furnished (if you would prefer not, please let me know and I can accommodate) It is west facing, so the room gets the sun in the evening.

There is a bathroom in the hall. As I have one in the master bedroom, I wouldn’t use it to shower in as I have a shower in my bathroom, but the bathroom would be shared, so keep it clean!

I am a working professional who is at the office Tuesday - Thursday.

I work from home Monday & Friday.

I have a mini Aussiedoodle named Poppy.

I like to keep to myself for the most part. When I am not working, I am either reading, doing LEGO, cooking, listening to music, or jigsaw puzzles. I spend most of my time in the downstairs living room. Upstairs living room is more weekends or when I want to watch TV.

I like to keep my house very clean and organized as mess does bother me. I would hope you would do the same.
