Hey Vancouver,

We’re three girls looking for a fourth roommate to move into our extra room in Kits on July 1st. One of us will be moving out at the end of June but we will also have another different room available for August 1st. We may be able to arrange something if you are two friends looking together! It’s a 4 bedroom 1 bath, main floor of a house located at West 11th and Mackenzie. Prime location right next to Broadway with access to all the groceries, stores, bars restaurants and public transit you need. A quick 10 minute or less drive downtown and just a few blocks from the beach, we love it here and we hope you will too.

The house has in suite laundry, a big backyard with our own reading nook, street parking, internet and utilities are included in the rent and the biggest bonus is it’s PET FRIENDLY! So we are more than happy to live with you and your kitty or doggo!

We try to make our home feel very welcoming, comfortable, cozy and cool so we’re looking for someone with similar vibes. Your room will come unfurnished and you are free to do with it what you like! There is also plenty of storage space available for you.

We’re all in our late 20s, we are LGBTQ+, 420 and super wine friendly.
