Centrally located in the beautiful Kensington Gardens neighborhood, the apartment building features amenities like a Central AC/Heat, Gym, Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool, Hot tub, Billiards/Study room, Theater room, Concierge, etc. The building is conveniently located on Kingsway and is steps away from supermarkets like T&T (just downstairs), Dollarama, liquor stores, restaurants, etc. Transit is very easy with multiple bus stops downstairs connecting you to downtown or Metrotown. Nanaimo Skytrain station is just a 10 min walk away (0.9 Km).

The apartment itself is fully furnished. The spacious corner balcony (180 Sqf) looks towards the south/west & north directions with spectacular views of the mountains & ocean (you can also see the mountains from your bed). Your room is furnished with a bed, mattress and a side table. You also get your private washroom. You’re welcome to bring more furniture but the original furniture will stay as per the owner’s request. The den is used for storage and has room for more.

All utilities (electricity & internet) are shared. Parking may be available at an additional cost. Street parking is available around the building.

I’m an easy-going, clean-cut guy and I’m looking to share this space with a young working professional/student. I’m in my late 20s and I work during the week and like being outdoors on weekends I don’t work from home, so if you do, you’ll have enough privacy in the common area during the day. You can typically find me cooking, reading, working out, and playing music when at home. I value my alone time and I also value and respect my roomie’s privacy.
