There is a bus stop out front, and a 2 large grocery stores within a kilometer. It is a 2 bedroom shared bathroom style set up. The bathroom has a tub if that’s an important feature for you! The building is an old townhouse that’s been rennovated. It is maintained well & often-cleaners come every Sunday.

I have a sweet (Turkish angora for Google image purposes) cat, Olivia I adopted about 5 years ago - we did some traveling across Canada together but are enjoying the south end of Halifax and being close to my family. I am a hairdresser/barber and I bartend part time ..enjoy being outside, biking and cycling. I am probably going to be doing some kind of craft if I’m home, baking/cooking or listening to a podcast or music in my headphones & hanging with my cat. As a roommate, I am clean, kind, and a team player! I have lived with many roommates in my lifetime.. My current roommate has plans with her sister come the end of the lease & I wish to keep the space! This is an amazing deal for location and price , I feel I lucked out in the rental market with this set up and want to stay. It’s over 200 less for much more than I was just getting in the north end!
