Hidden gem in the heart of West End (downtown), it is a penthouse suite (entire top floor with two entrances, recently renovated) of a 3-story boutique building. You will have your own fully furnished private room, private bathroom and large private patio with gorgeous views of the mountains, cityscape, and trees! About the room: shared accommodation in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse suite on the 3rd floor. The room is furnished with a queen sized ‘floating’ bed and desk.

The place comes with a spacious kitchen, in-suite laundry, bright furnished living room, two skylights, and FOUR roof top terraces! The largest rooftop patio is south facing, perfect to suntan and grow plants. The place has a wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm and cozy in the winter.

Rent includes utilities (hydro & internet), so there are no surprises month-to-month. Underground parking is available. We would ideally prefer long-term but open to short term (6-month minimum), starting in February.

Location: Less than 10-minute walk to English Bay, Stanley Park, Sunset Beach, Coal Harbour, etc. Lots of eating options nearby. Located between Robson, Denman and Davie streets. Granville & Davie Street are close by to enjoy the nightlife.

You will be living with a gay professional couple in their 40’s. We are both easy going and like to keep the place clean and tidy. We like to maintain open and honest communication. We both love plants, so the space is very green.
