Chrissy & Brian's room

Room for rent in a large lower duplex. We have a front and back porch. Small yard, Bar-B-Q, vegetable and herb garden. There is a semi finished basement with laundry machines, fooseball table, extra tv. Basement, dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom are all shared spaces. We have enough room to hang out together or be in our own spaces if we like. The room is furnished if needed. Utilities, internet, dish soap and toilet paper included. Walking distance to Concordia Loyola Campus, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, 105 bus takes you to Vendome metro. Bus passes every 5 to 10 minutes. Maisonneuve bike path down the street aswell.

The home is currently furnished differently than in the photos. Quite homey and cozy. I enjoy having plants around the house. The light isn’t great but I do my best to keep them alive.

We are a young professional couple. My boyfriend works from home. I am an early childhood educator. We play flag football, on Saturdays, most of the year. We enjoy sports, food, friends, family. We are friendly but also respect everyone’s personal space. We have different hours so we are looking for someone who is not a light sleeper. Both bedrooms are on the main floor and everyone is welcome live, cook, move around on their own schedule; all while being respectful ofcourse. We expect everyone to clean up after themselves and we are pretty easy going.
