👋🏼Hello! we’re Filipino girls looking for individual renters, preferably women, that will live with us for the course of one year, starting on August 1, 2021, to August 1, 2022.

✨It’s a newly built townhouse (1 year old) in a quiet neighbourhood with a total of three rooms available. It is located at 99 Shahi Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. This townhouse has a backyard and two parking spaces: a garage and a driveway. For university students, especially those attending the University of Manitoba, it takes approximately 9-10 minutes to walk to the bus stop and 10-15 minutes to get to the university (by bus). Renters share common areas such as the kitchen, dining area, living room, bathrooms, and backyard.

📌The cost of the room- the “office”- would be $450 (including utilities). We will also collect a $250 security deposit.
