Unit is on 21st floor with stunning views overlooking False Creek with the sea wall, restaurants and shops only steps away. Apartment has been recently renovated with new floors and comes with full amenities (furniture, dishes, linens, cable tv, internet, in-unit laundry, dishwasher and all utilities are included in rent). This is a shared unit where you will have a private bathroom, bedroom and office - note this is not the master bedroom/en-suite. You will have one designated and secure underground parking spot, access to 24/7 concierge, pool and gym as well. There is one very friendly cat living in the apartment, however, we are looking for someone pet free. There are 4 months left on the lease with possibility to extend.

Financials as follows: Monthly rent (due on the 1st of each month): $2,000 CAD per month - includes water, electricity, internet, one secured parking space, cable tv, furniture, in-suite laundry, access to gym, pool and concierge

Deposit: $1,500 CAD

We are looking for a friendly and respectful female to share the remainder of this lease with the existing female tenant. The current tenant is a full-time health care professional and we would like someone with a similar lifestyle. Although we recently moved in, circumstances have changed requiring one of the two tenants to relocate. Rent is currently paid through to July 31/21. It is very important to ensure a good fit so we will be undertaking an interview process to find the right person - starting with a cup of coffee. New tenant must be approved to be on lease and follow the leasing company’s vetting process, including submitting a full rental application. The lease expires on 1/1/2022 but is subject to renewal.
