Looking to rent out a private basement bedroom at a flat rate of $675, all bills included in rent (Water, electricity, heat, wifi, etc…). The room has a closet and can be furnished with a double bed, desk and dresser, but feel free to bring your own furniture if you’d prefer. Garage parking available. It’s an empty house most of the time as we all either have work or school. We are clean, organized and respectful. If you’re up for it, we sometimes go out for activities or drinks as a group.
