Large furnished bedroom in semi-detached house on quiet cul-de-sac near Upper Canada Mall. Close to transit, grocery stores, other amenities etc. Shared kitchen, laundry (same floor as bedroom) and bathroom. Clean, quiet, non-smoking environment, no drugs, no overnight guests.

About the roomies

I am a single, working female who is at the office from 8:30-5:00 Mon-Fri. I’m quiet and don’t have a lot of visitors. I like my time to myself but am friendly and enjoy socializing as well. I like to keep my house clean and organized and I would hope you would do the same. You will share the main floor with 1 other female (+ myself part time for cooking, to water my plants and to do light cleaning, as I have a space downstairs with my own bedroom and bathroom).
