Apartment includes water bill Wifi and hydro not included so bill would be shared with me. It’s just a two bedroom apartment so enough room for privacy. 8 minutes bus to u of m and 5 minutes drive to U of M Right behind Sobeys, Dollarama, 7 Eleven and accessible stores. Very close to banks as well ie Scotiabank, TD bank, RBC and CIBC Peaceful environment
