Tons of restaurants/shops. 10 minute walk to the edge of UofT campus. Very conveniently located! Accessibility: Third Floor walk up, only accessible via narrow stairs. About the space: I’ve lived in this apartment for 6 years now and am the remaining lease holder. As such, I have a great relationship with my landlord, who is very responsive and on top of maintaining the building - a rarity in Toronto lol! The building is very old (like 100+ years old) which gives it a ton of architectural character you wouldn’t see in the typical condo (exposed brick walls drool). And due to the great land lord it is in good condition! There is no laundry on site (but many laundromats in the area), radiator heating, Air Conditioned with two AC units in the hallway/living room. I live on the top floor above one other unit so it feels quite homey. I am 420 friendly and tobacco smoking is cool on the patio. The available room is the largest and the quietest as it is located in the middle of the apartment. See the badly drawn sketch of the unit below, indicating the available room. Although located in the middle of the apartment this room does get light via a window connected to a skylight! An old school building code requirement 😛. The room comes with a closet and there is plenty of room for a queen bed, dresser or 2, and a desk - with room to spare! Pets: I have 2 cats, sisters adopted a little under a year ago! They are very well behaved and cuddly. I am happy to add another cat to the mix but sadly dogs are a no go.

About me: I’m a 26 year old woman (pronouns: she/her), originally from Vancouver. I moved to Toronto 8ish years ago to study engineering and now work as a Civil Engineer, with a passion for heritage restoration. When I’m not working or playing with my cats I love to paint, do yoga, or shop for various vintage items! Creatives highly welcomed - I spend almost all my free time painting, hence the third room being a shared studio space!
