You will have access to two large bedrooms, a private bathroom with shower and a living room area that is private in the basement; plus a large shared kitchen, shared laundry, walk through pantry and open concept living room with fireplace on the main floor. There is a fenced backyard with bbq and deck you can access as well. The home is within two minutes walking distance to the bike paths and canals in Bayside community. It’s quiet, safe and spacious.

May be ready to go by mid August. I want to make a couple repairs after the last tenant.

I am a professional who works full time. My school age children live with me every other week and will use the second and main floors as well as the backyard. There is a fish but no other pets in the home. Non smokers only please.
