If you can move in by August, you won’t have to worry about rent for that month. Just half the deposit!

This is urgent because I am at risk of losing my apartment if me and my former roommate can’t find anyone to sublet.

I am a 26-year-old childcare assistant and I like to keep the apartment as tidy as possible. I have a cat and unfortunately no other cats can be brought here but I hope to have a roommate that likes cats and is easy to get along with and tidy as well.
