TOWNHOUSE SPLIT! Great location, backing onto Andover trails with easy access to multiple bus routes, also within walking distance to Wonderland and Southdale’s smart shopping center or new YMCA/Library (Bostwick). Many options for parking available if you have a vehicle or have ppl visiting: garage, drive way, visitors or overnight on the street. Quiet neighbourhood/condo complex -Easy access to 402/401. The property faces West so it gets beautiful views of sunrise from the back patio in the morning. Features central air and heat, washer and dryer located on second floor.
The upstairs bedroom is available immediately ($550 if rented separately)! If you’re eager to start moving in otherwise the walkout basement ($750 if rented separately) will be available Sept 1st. Ideally I’d like to rent to one individual so I’m asking $1185* for both.

About me: I am an easy-going, clean and friendly individual. I love to adventure local trails, experiment in the garden and kitchen. Pet friendly because I have a cat but if necessary can keep the fluffster separate from the shared areas.
About you: You should be responsible, clean, friendly, have a job or go to school and be able to keep common areas tidy.
