Please read entire ad. 😊 Clean and cozy 3 bedroom townhouse in a nice Co-op. The room is a little on the small side, but you’re not expected to stay in there anyway. Nice neighborhood on the east mountain. However, I do live beside a park, so children at play is heard often. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place for you. Haha Close to limeridge mall, and 1 bus to Mohawk College. Pretty much everything you would need is within a 15 minute walk. Rent includes heat, hydro, internet and groceries unless you have a special request or prefer to buy your own. “You kill it, you fill it”. Basically you finish the last of the milk, buy more milk. Other than that, there’s always food and tea. Washer and dryer in the basement, along with full gym. There’s a decent amount of space in the laundry room should you need storage. Bbq in the backyard. If you require a parking spot, I will need to know in advance. Living in a Co op, they assigne a spot and tag for your car. 420 friendly and smoked in the basement. Cigarettes in the backyard. New doorknob with lock and key. Recently painted grey. Room will also be cleaned and sanitized. Unfortunately, we can’t have cats due to allergies.
If you do come with a dog, obviously you are expected to clean up after it and they would have to meet my pup Luna prior to move in to make sure they get along.

I’m Brayden. 32. I am looking for a female roommate. Reason being, I have a 12 year old daughter that I have half custody of. I dont have anyone close to me that needs somewhere to stay, so this is my last resort. My daughters safety is my #1 priority and having a strange man move into our home is not an option. She will also be part of the interview process and will ultimately make the final decision. You will meet and learn more about her at that time. Little about me, I guess. I’m laid back, generally keep to myself. I dont drink or party and don’t often have company over. I spend most of my time with her of course. Whether we’re just hanging out watching movies, doing crafts, or outside playing. When she’s not home. I basically do the same thing, but baked. Haha

$1000 deposite for first and last. $700 a due on the first of every month.
