Unfurnished large and bright bedroom with closet in 2 bedroom apartment with lots of storage. Apartment is located in cul-de-sac off main road in an apartment complex. Onsite carded laundry, and designated outdoor parking for $20 (unit does not currently have designated spot). Rent ($750) with heat and hot water included, internet ($45), and hydro ($15-20 every 2 months). Is cat and small-pet friendly, but I’m not sure my current 2 cats would handle new cats well. Room could be available for move in earlier than January if needed as the room is currently empty.

I’m a woman in her mid-20s currently working for the provincial government. I’m out of the house most of the day on weekdays, and spend majority of the rest of my time at home playing video games, reading, or baking. I’m pretty quiet and keep my place clean.

I don’t smoke cigarettes or cannabis, and I’d like my roommate to be a non-smoker as well. However, the neighbours do smoke, so applicants will either need to be able to tolerate that or be okay with keeping windows closed.

I’m adaptable and would be fine with a roommate who just wants to do their own thing and be left alone, or someone who wants to hang out. As long as there’s good communication, I’m alright. I am happy to answer any questions, and I look forward to hearing from you if you’re interested. :)
