Mother and Daughter seeking roommate for short term (6 months) in furnished 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath duplex home in Luxstone. Private bedroom can have a bed or not depending on your needs. Large basement for storage needs, spacious kitchen with new appliances, two living rooms, and a decent backyard with deck. Centrally located, with a pond in the back that freezes over for skating in the winter! We have two large dogs so the ideal tenant wouldn’t be allergic. $750 all in including internet. Available Sept. 1st, room dimensions are 9.5’ x 10’ with a 7’ x 2’ closet.
