Hey everyone, I have a new modern 2bd 2ba condo in the Uptown/Mayfair area, ideal location to everything and on direct bus routes.

The unit has a full modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, pantry style fridge, slow close cupboards. There are two bathrooms, both full piece, one with walk in shower and heated floors and the other with bath/shower combo. That bathroom also has a full size new washer and dryer.

I’ve furnished the entire ground floor unit, about 1000sq feet + very large sun drenched patio, from furniture (new queen size bed) to linens, small appliances to dishes and cutlery, etc etc. Included is use of a new 74” tv + all subs (Netflix, Crave, Disney +, Prime, Spotify, etc) and high speed internet. I’ve also already paid for a pet deposit as I’ve been here for almost a year myself.

All utilities included in the rent, even a safe underground parking spot included if you drive.

I’m looking for someone to share the space that has a great vibe to them, is inherently good natured, trustworthy, respectful, and of solid character. Artistic or creative is a nice bonus!

I volunteer with wildlife rescue/rehab orgs and rescued a disabled, dwarf wild cotton tail rabbit a couple years ago. Raised her to a point of being able to be released back into the wild, but she decided I’m her family now, soooo, she’s the 3rd roommate and is a sweet little thing (Honestly she’s full grown and 1/4 the size of a regular cotton tail - she’s adorable). Her name is Gigi.

Anyway, I’ve sent out a few messages already enquiring with some people but have decided to open this up a bit and see who might be interested. Move in date is totally flexible. Rent may be as well depending on who you are and what you’re trying to accomplish in your life. This city is expensive to live in but so I don’t mind giving someone a break to help make the best of it.
