Looking for a long term roommate to live with me and takeover the master bedroom in my 2 bedroom (plus den), 2 bathroom condo in Midtown Toronto. My current roommate is moving out in July, the room will be available by end of July 2025.

Asking for $1600/ month rent which INCLUDES utilities and high speed internet. Parking is NOT INCLUDED with rent, but we can find you a parking spot in this building, you would need to rent it off a different owner in the building.

Important Details:

• There’s a cat living here, he’s a neuteured male and very friendly
• Intersection of St Clair West and Bathurst
• 350 metre walk St Clair West TTC station AND Loblaws
• Near Forest Hill TTC station (under construction)
• No short term leases, looking for a long term roommate
• I currently live in the small bedroom and use the den as an office

• Master bedroom has a walk in closet, ensuite bathroom and an attached balcony
