Shared room in 2 bedroom apartment. The first and last months. Willing to negotiate on last month’s rent. It’s all-inclusive. (Rent, Hydro, Internet)

Comes with a twin-sized bed, desk with a computer chair. (I can move them out if you plan on bringing your own furniture.) Closet with two rows of hanging space, plus a middle shelf.

Bathroom just off room, sink in open, with separate shower and toilet area. There will be a clear area behind the medicine cabinet for your things as well as a shelf under the sink.

Large living room with balcony. Plenty of space available if you wish to bring more furniture with you. TV and couch. We don’t use the living room much.

Close to Algonquin College, close to bus routes, and amenities (Pharmacy, Lowblaws, Dollarama, and fast-food restaurants.)

Must be clean and responsible. Clean up messes, wash pots and dishes when done with them, clean up personal areas.

Laundry card is shared between occupants. I will put up a chart so we know how much each person puts onto the card. –No pets, but exceptions can be made for certain species. (Fur and oils-related allergies, especially cats). –Smoking is allowed but only on the balcony for both cigarettes and cannabis. Vaping is allowed in the apartment. –Guests from school or work are fine as long as we are made aware ahead of time and during normal hours. –Roommate has an egg allergy. (If you are going to cook eggs, the counters, floors, and any utensils used need to be cleaned.)

I am an artist working towards an art career. My brother is a music student going to Algonquin College in the fall. We are quiet people and generally keep to ourselves. We like to play video games, watch anime and work on our passions. We also do twitch streams.
