I am looking to transfer my lease at 1100 King Street West, located in the trendy and convenient Liberty Village neighbourhood.

The 650 sq.ft apartment is a shared unit with another charming and bubbly female tenant, so female candidates would be preferred if possible!

Our building is equipped with many awesome amenities including:

• Indoor parking
• In unit laundry
• Gym
• Dedicated yoga room with floor to ceiling mirrors.
• Recreational Room
• In-house daycare
• Rooftop pool
• 24 hour doorman

Of course due to the current situation with Covid-19, some of the amenities are closed, but will obviously open up as soon as restrictions lift.

In addition to the amenities that we have in the building itself, other selling points of convenience include:

• Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drugmart and Longos connected to the building (which is great in the winter months especially, because you don’t have to go outside to run your basic errands)

• 5 minute walking distance to great restaurants

• 5 minute walking distance to the LCBO

• 5 minute walking distance to at least 3 different banks (CIBC, TD, BMO)

The rent breakdown is as follows:

RENT ITSELF: $2,495 (split in half is $1247.50)

Utilities: $105 - $120 per month (split cost)

Internet: $67.80 (also split cost)

To give you an idea, you will be paying anywhere between $1325 - $1338 per month, including all of the above expenses.
