About the room
Open concept loft space available in the house. Excellent downtown location with lots of natural light. Private kitchenette with fridge, sink, toaster oven, and hot plate included in the room. Partially furnished with recliner sofa, coffee table, tv stand, desk and portable a/c unit! Bathroom on the first floor shared with only me, and shared laundry in the basement. No pets as there is a small dog already in the house. Everything pictured is your own private space upstairs.
Rent is inclusive of internet and utilities.
NO parking. Directly on the 99 bus route.

About the roomies
I am a 30 year old single woman and work full time here in Guelph. I have a small dog who is very loving, and she’s the boss of the house. I’m pretty quiet for the most part but do enjoy a night out occasionally. Looking for a roomie who likes to have there own space but also hang out sometimes too :)
